Overweight or Obesity is one of the serious issue now a day. Many people’s facing the problem of obesity due to which they are suffering from health related problems like high blood pressure, diabetes, heart attack, etc. They do anything for losing the weight as they are going to do dieting, exercise, etc.  A people have the habit of eating unhealthy foods due to which there is increase in fat metabolism.  Due to fat obesity increases for that, we should always have to eat healthy food. Fruits like oranges, berries, strawberries, raspberries, etc are rich in vitamin C and by consuming them; you get a good source of energy that helps in at the time of exercise. Eggs is packed with nutrients including protein, zinc, iron and vitamins A, D, E and B12, and have the less calories which proven to be the best fat burning food. When you intake egg at the time of breakfast you feel fuller for the longtime. 


Pomegranate seeds are rich in folates that have the disease-fighting antioxidants. In addition, they are low in calories and proven to be good for fat burning. Snacks like sandwiches  is also one of the best food for the fat burning it also helps in when you are on the dieting. This are some foods which helps in burning the fat.
