More number of children is prone to obesity.  The number of overweight children is at an all time high and it would be increasing day by day. This number of obesity increases in child due to the unhealthy eating habits.

One of the main reasons of obesity in children is due to Junk food and fast food. For controlling the obesity in children their parents should take care of their children health. Parents should make a proper balanced diet plan for their children. The health of future generation relies on the parents. Parents should carve a path of healthy eating in a world of fast, processed food.

Parents should guide their children about which foods are good for them and which foods are not for them. They have to learn that the foods they cannot buy are not good for them and the one, which is good for them. In addition, parents should also know which food is good for their children. A child eats unhealthy food when their parents are not with them like when they are in the school or with their friends. Parents should force the school to remove the unhealthy foods from their canteens and vending machines.

Exercise is the bodily activity that helps to increase the strength and physical fitness. Exercises keeps our body relaxed and gives you strength to do work and kept away from diseases. For staying fit exercise is the best way. Regular exercise helps in the diseases like heart disease and stroke, high blood pressure, non-insulin-dependent diabetes, obesity, back pain, osteoporosis, and it improves the human nature and fights from the stress. Exercise aims to maintain or enhance our physical fitness and general health.

To get the perfect overall health we should do 20 to 30 minutes of aerobic activity three or more times in a week and some type of muscle strengthening activity and stretching at least twice a week. However, if you are unable to do this level of activity, you can gain substantial health benefits by accumulating 30 minutes or more of moderate-intensity physical activity a day, at least five times a week.

Some people do not get a time for the exercise because of lot of work and busy life style. In that case, we need to do exercise whenever we are free. Like if we are going to office than avoid the lift and go by staircase. This will help a lot for burning the calories. People spend lot of time in gym for losing the weight but 20 to 30 minutes are enough for the exercise. Even 5 minutes of exercise helps in burning the calories. Regular running exercise is also helpful for the running healthy heart.

Exercise helps in reducing the risk of dying too early from heart disease, it also reduces the risk of developing diabetes. The main benefit of exercise is that it controls the weight. Overweight is the serious issue now a day. In that case, exercise helps a lot it burns the extra calories and gives the perfect body.

Physical activity stimulates various brain chemicals that may leave you feeling happier and more relaxed. Exercise will help in look better and feel better. When you do exercise regularly, that helps in boosting your confidence and improves your self-esteem. Regular physical activity can even help prevent depression.

Smoking: Good Or Bad.

Today everybody knows about the Smoking. We usually saw the message “Smoking Is Injurious To Health” on the ad, movies, banners and every source of mass media. Everyone knows that how smoking is bad for health and its addiction created the huge problem for the health. Today’s young generation is more addicted to smoking they feel that smoking gives the pleasure and relaxation; they feel it is the style of statement for them. However, they do not know the bad effects of smoking. They do not have a control over their smoking.

Smoking reduces the life span. One in three smokers who do not stop the smoking will eventually die. Some smokers will die in their 40s and others will die later. On average, they will die 10 to 15 years earlier than they would have died from other causes. Some people try to stop smoking but they failed because they are addicted to it. 

The addiction of smoking is due to Nicotine. Nicotine is the drug in tobacco that causes addiction. It is absorbed and enters the bloodstream, through the lungs when smoke is inhaled, and through the lining of the mouth (buccal mucosa) when tobacco is chewed or used as oral snuff or for non-inhaled pipe and cigar smoking.

There are various major effects of smoking on health, especially on respiratory system. Lung Cancer is one of them it occur due to inhalation of drug called Nicotine at the time of smoking. Smoking Also affects the blood circulation which gives the various problem related to blood like blood clotting. Smoking doubles the chances of heart attack due to continuous smoking and taking the carcinogens bacteria into your body.
