More number of children is prone to obesity. The number of overweight children is at an all time high and it would be increasing day by day. This number of obesity increases in child due to the unhealthy eating habits.
One of the main reasons of obesity in children is due to Junk food and fast food. For controlling the obesity in children their parents should take care of their children health. Parents should make a proper balanced diet plan for their children. The health of future generation relies on the parents.
